Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET typically ship the same business day; later orders typically ship the next business day. Estimated transit time within Canada is 2–10 business days and is not guaranteed.

Parcels are tendered to Canada Post on business days. Tracking may initially display “label created” until the parcel is collected and scanned. Carrier estimates can change because of weather, network volume, and other events outside our control.

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. A parcel returned because of an address error may be sent again only after the associated return and reshipping charges are paid.

If tracking does not show delivery, contact us and we will help open an inquiry with the carrier. A replacement or refund can only be considered after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
When carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied at checkout, Advancyx Science cannot automatically replace or refund a parcel reported stolen, missing, or misdelivered. Contact info@advancyx.com and we will help review the available carrier information.
