Research materials require controlled handling. This policy explains when an order is final and how to report a verified product or transit issue.
Because peptide research materials depend on controlled storage, handling, and environmental conditions, Advancyx Science cannot verify their integrity after dispatch. Shipped products cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.
An order becomes final once payment is accepted and fulfillment begins. At that stage, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, even if the carrier has not yet collected the parcel.
A verified manufacturing defect or damage occurring before or during shipment may be reviewed. Email us within 72 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be considered.
Complete documentation is required for review. If a claim is approved, Advancyx Science may provide a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Submission does not guarantee approval.
Claims resulting from improper handling or storage, carrier delays without confirmed loss or damage, user error, an incorrectly selected product, a change of mind, or general dissatisfaction are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
